The final phases of the Timnath Lakes master planned community will introduce a ¾-mile linear Neighborhood Park stretching nearly the entire length of the community.

Due to the nature of the site—situated along the primary entrance and adjacent to the proposed community pool and lake access—three park concepts were developed to delve into the possibilities for this 12-acre neighborhood park in Timnath Lakes.
