Timnath Lakes Linear Park

The final phases of the Timnath Lakes master planned community will introduce a ¾-mile linear Neighborhood Park stretching nearly the entire length of the community. Over 75% of residents in this phase will be within a 5-minute walk of the park—and for nearly half of these folks, it’ll be right at the end of their block. The park will feature an inclusive playground for all ages, a dog park, outdoor exercise equipment, turf play fields, walking paths, and beautiful native and ornamental landscaping. This phase will also see the construction of over 3 miles of off-street trails to help connect residents with nature and their neighbors!
