Spring in Bloom

An exciting start to spring with the recent preliminary plat approval of Bloom.

Located off Bayou Gulch Road in Douglas County, Bloom is a proposed 80-acre gated community designed to celebrate the natural beauty and rural character of the surrounding landscape. The plan includes 32 custom homesites ranging from approximately 1.0 to 1.6 acres. With approximately 27 acres of preserved open space and nearly 1.75 miles of walkable trails, the community emphasizes conservation and long-term stewardship. Open space trail corridors provide passive recreational opportunities for residents and support wildlife movement throughout the site.

Inspired by the changing seasons, the name Bloom reflects the landscape vision for the community, where a variety of trees and plantings will create a dynamic experience with seasonal color and interest throughout the year.
