PCS Group assisted in analyzing development opportunities of the existing PGA Village facilities at their Port Saint Lucie, Florida headquarters. The analysis identified the opportunity for a mixed-use alternative that will showcase approximately 500,000 square feet of retail, office, and condominium space, as well as a full service 350-room hotel with a convention facility.
