Lakewood Marketplace is a transit-oriented development that has been reimagined from a former Super Target site to a vibrant, mixed-use community containing a mindful collection of spaces and uses crafted to maximize human interaction. Designed on a human scale, Lakewood Marketplace is connected by a lively pedestrian-oriented streetscape that enhances the pedestrian experience and creates an inviting atmosphere through a central Main Street and vibrant streetscapes.

This phased master plan is located near the Oak Street Light Rail station in Lakewood and is planned to include a blend of residential, retail, commercial, and office properties with wide, pedestrian friendly sidewalks and a compact urban form. The synergy of these mutually supportive components will attract a vast range of users with diverse needs, schedules, and journeys ensuring a dynamic urban environment day or night.
