Exciting progress at Sky Ranch! Construction is underway for Filing 5, which will include 211 units—offering a mix of single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes—all thoughtfully designed around a pocket park.

The vision for Parkdale was inspired by the Town of Erie’s innovative spirit, small-town charm, and commitment to sustainable design.

Another exciting pocket park is coming to Sterling Ranch featuring a 6,650 SF playground, bocce ball, multipurpose turf field, and bandshell. Construction is underway and will be ready for play in early Spring!

Fitzsimons Promenade is located on North Uvalda Street within Fitzsimon Village in Aurora. Our creative design transformed this 65’ median into a vibrant urban oasis that connects residents and patrons to the outdoors.

The Hillside amenity area aims to cultivate a vibrant, socially engaging space that enhances the quality of life for all residents within and neighboring the Hillside at Castle Rock Development.

First office BBQ of the summer!

PCS Group has been working with the the Town of Parker on streetscape improvements for O’Brien Park to address and enhance pedestrian safety since 2015. After several delays over the years, construction of the project was completed earlier this month.

Prospect Village Community Park is focused on elevating the inclusive nature of the space and creating a regional asset for both Sterling Ranch residents and neighboring communities.
