Compark Apartments is a multifamily project, currently under construction, that is located within the Compark Business Campus in Parker, Colorado. 

We are thrilled to welcome our newest team member, Ann Vargas! She is joining PCS Group as our Office Administrator.

Seltzer Farms, Seltzer Heights, and Baseline Lakes East are three new neighborhoods in Adams County that are part of an undeveloped portion of the Todd Creek Residential Development.

These park areas capture and integrate Tanterra’s brand onto the land with playgrounds centered around the native raptor bird species from which the community was named.

Butterfly Park is a 4.5-acre neighborhood park planned for the Windler Community in Aurora, Colorado. The park’s focal point is a playground inspired by Eric Carle’s beloved children’s book, “The Very Hungry Caterpillar.”

Cottonwood Creek is a master planned community located just east of E-470 in the prairie grasslands of Aurora.

The Reserve at Lone Tree is a congregate care facility consisting of independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences designed for wellbeing.

Designed with connected systems of open spaces, bikeways, trails, and streets with sidewalks, Erie Town Center Four Corners will provide internal links and connections to other communities and neighborhood centers.

Construction is underway for two new parks (tracts B and D) in Sterling Ranch Filing 6A. The addition of these exciting new park spaces reflects the desires of residents and provides them with recreational opportunities to live a healthy, active lifestyle just steps from their door.

Strategically located pollinator corridors provide pollinators with pathways to move pollen from one plant to another. This enables cross-fertilization, allowing the reproduction and growth of new plant species, and helps produce thriving, waterwise landscapes.

With three existing irrigation ditches bisecting the property and a large wetland area preserved as dedicated open space, the community design of Spring Hill has been fundamentally shaped by open space and trail corridors.

We are excited to announce our newest team member, Allie Griffiths. She joins the PCS Group team as a landscape designer.

Kime Ranch is a pedestrian-friendly community featuring 150 new homes, a developed trail system, significant open space, and a 3.6-acre central park built into a slope.

Palisade Park North and West are two neighborhoods located in Broomfield, Colorado. The community design is focused around two pocket parks, centrally located, within each neighborhood.

Inspired by the grace of the Red-Tailed Hawk, the Tanterra logo took flight. The abstract 2D shape evolved into a captivating 3D masterpiece, serving as a unique focal point that embodies the community’s commitment to artistic innovation and character.
