Animation: Butterfly park
Inspired by the colorful qualities of Butterfly Park, and the pollinator gardens found throughout, as well as the shapes and forms of honeycomb, Nectar Coffee Shop is a unique architectural statement that complements the artistic nature of the proposed landscape design.
Elizabeth West Approval
Last month a rezoning proposal, from agricultural land to planned unit development, for the Elizabeth West property was approved by the Elizabeth Board of Trustees. Elizabeth West is a 425-acre community situated south of Highway 86 and immediately east of Legacy Ridge St.
Design Concept: Fitzsimons Promenade
The Fitzsimons Promenade is a creative design using the landscaped median on N. Uvalda Street by activating a 65’ median within Fitzsimons Village, an infill mixed-use community in Aurora, Colorado.
PCS Gives November
For PCS Gives November Jim Ivy chose Food Bank of the Rockies, the largest hunger-relief organization in the Rocky Mountain region.

On the Boards: Butterfly Park
Large scale art and interactive play areas invite users to meander the pollinator gardens with discoveries around every corner, and the themed playground makes the sensory experience even more exciting with larger-than-life bee, butterfly, and cocoon play structures.
Project Approval: Compark Village Apartments
PCS Group, in collaboration with KTGY Architecture and Merrick & Company, is assisting Century Communities with the entitlement process and landscape architecture component of Compark Village Apartments.

For PCS Gives October Brian Tseng-Nicodemus chose Rocky Mountain Peace and Justice Center (RMPJC), a Colorado-based multi-issue organization that endeavors to preserve and restore the environment and human rights.
Project Spotlight: Leyden Ranch
Leyden Ranch is a 130-acre residential community that boasts stunning mountain and city views. It includes a centrally located park, integrated trail system, and connected open space with passive and active recreation opportunities.
Project Approval: Denver Gateway
PCS Group, in collaboration with Lokal Homes, has obtained approval for 6.9 acres of undeveloped land southwest of 64th Avenue and Dunkirk Street in Denver within the Denver Gateway community. The proposed development includes one 3-story, 10-unit condo and nine 3-story, 20-unit condos for a total of 190 units.
Project Progress: Sterling Ranch
Home construction for 3 new filings at Sterling Ranch is currently underway! In addition to seeing our land planning efforts come to life with vertical home construction and new thoroughfare openings, the planned open spaces and parks are starting to thrive as well.
On The Boards: Lyric Condos
Lyric Condominiums and Townhomes are intended to complement a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood in the Lyric at RidgeGate Master Planned community with a strong emphasis on public and private infrastructure while adding diversity to existing housing options available in Lone Tree.
Revere Amenity Space
In developing the design concept for Revere’s amenity space, our team took cues from the barn-inspired architecture and modern farmhouse design motifs that pay tribute to the region’s agricultural roots.
