The pool site at Compark Village Apartments has been crafted as a flex space, accommodating a variety of amenities all in one place. Our design team drew inspiration from the clubhouse, playing off its architectural lines and materials to develop the overall design concept of the space.

O’Brien Park is an existing park located on Mainstreet near downtown Parker. PCS Group is working with the Town of Parker to reimagine the Mainstreet Plaza and edges of the park with a user-centric, cohesive design that promotes pedestrian safety.

project approval: Tanterra
PCS has been working on the Stroh Ranch property for over 20 years, Tanterra is the latest phase of this large-scale Master Planned community. This March we were able to get unanimous approval for the first phase of this portion of the community.

Our design team recently developed new entry monumentation concepts for Harmony! These larger monumentation designs coincide with the current theming and further integrate the community brand onto the land at Harmony.

Last week Vice Presidents Al Cunningham and Paul Shoukas, along with CSU Alums Principal Seth Arnold and Associate Austin Lucero, visited Colorado State University’s Landscape Architecture Seniors to talk all things PCS Group and lend their professional eye to students’ final projects.

Project Approval: Semper Gardens
PCS Group has been fortunate to work with Berkeley Homes on the Semper Gardens project located in Westminster, Colorado.
