The pool site at Compark Village Apartments has been crafted as a flex space, accommodating a variety of amenities all in one place. Our design team drew inspiration from the clubhouse, playing off its architectural lines and materials to develop the overall design concept of the space.

Our 3D visualization team brought the vision of this Ovation office lobby to life by modeling specific details and finishes that directly align with the creative intent of the conceptual materials provided.

Kime Ranch is envisioned to be a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood that builds upon and fits into the Town of Parker’s small-town character, while providing homes within proximity to significant open space amenities, regional civic facilities, and the downtown core.

For PCS Gives May Connor Krause chose the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN), the first organization dedicated to fighting pancreatic cancer from all angles.

Lafayette City Center is an infill site, adjacent to Lafayette’s City Hall, providing an attractive urban lifestyle at an affordable price point.

PCS Group provided 3D visualizations for Erie Commons, creating highly detailed 3D models and renderings that bring the overall concept of the wee-Cottages in this community to life. Our range of 3D visualization services enables communities to effectively communicate what they have to offer before even being built.

O’Brien Park is an existing park located on Mainstreet near downtown Parker. PCS Group is working with the Town of Parker to reimagine the Mainstreet Plaza and edges of the park with a user-centric, cohesive design that promotes pedestrian safety.

For PCS Gives March Liam Hogan chose the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a leading healthcare nonprofit organization taking major steps and pioneering new ways to find a cure for cystic fibrosis.

The vision for Parkdale was inspired by the Town of Erie’s innovative spirit, commitment to sustainable design, and small-town charm.

PCS has been working on the Stroh Ranch property for over 20 years, Tanterra is the latest phase of this large-scale Master Planned community. This March we were able to get unanimous approval for the first phase of this portion of the community.

Our design team recently developed new entry monumentation concepts for Harmony! These larger monumentation designs coincide with the current theming and further integrate the community brand onto the land at Harmony.

Last week Vice Presidents Al Cunningham and Paul Shoukas, along with CSU Alums Principal Seth Arnold and Associate Austin Lucero, visited Colorado State University’s Landscape Architecture Seniors to talk all things PCS Group and lend their professional eye to students’ final projects.

For PCS Gives February Micky Corvino chose Denver Children’s Home. Denver Children’s Home restores hope and health to traumatized children and families through a comprehensive array of therapeutic, educational, and community-based services.

With a state-of-the-art assisted living and memory care facility, Frasier Meadows takes landscape architecture to new levels by encompassing many sensory induced practices within the health industry and translating them to landscape architectural forms.

PCS Group has been fortunate to work with Berkeley Homes on the Semper Gardens project located in Westminster, Colorado. This January we were able to get a Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment and Preliminary Development Plan approved, paving the way for this desirable project to move forward.
