The Village at Landmark Approval

On October 20th, the Greenwood Village City Council voted unanimously to approve the Site Development Plan, Special Use Permit, and Final Plat for The Village at Landmark which is a 13.1-acre residential infill community in the heart of Greenwood Village.  Situated directly south of the Landmark Towers in the Denver Tech Center, the project will transform a long-vacant parcel within the Town Center District into a high-quality residential neighborhood.

Council members expressed support for the plan, noting that it provides an additional housing choice in a prime location while complementing Greenwood Village’s established character. Many adjacent residents attended the meeting and also spoke in favor of the design, expressing enthusiasm to see new life brought to the site. The approved plan includes approximately 90 single-family homes within a gated community featuring a central passive amenity designed to foster neighborhood connection and community experience.
