tanterra zoning amendment approval

Great news for Parker, and congratulations to our client team E5X!  The Parker Town Council unanimously approved our proposed zoning amendment for Tanterra, marking an important milestone for the community. 

The plan extends Bramwell Drive to Great Plain Way to greatly increase community connectivity.  Planning areas were reworked to follow natural topography, adding ~3.5 acres of new parks and open space.  Plus, the school site is moving north to the new Bramwell intersection for a more central, easy-to-reach location. 

 Big wins for walkability, green space, and community access — a thoughtful step forward for Tanterra!
