The Greenway, a large green spine that weaves through the neighborhood with active uses on each end, creating a strong pedestrian connection at Westerly.

With three existing irrigation ditches bisecting the property and a large wetland area preserved as dedicated open space, the community design of Spring Hill has been fundamentally shaped by open space and trail corridors.
