Summit pointe project approval
We’re excited to kick off the new year with the approval of the Summit Pointe PDP and ODP, a thoughtfully designed residential community that brings high quality, single family attached housing to the City of Westminster.
Situated on 5.25 acres, Summit Pointe will feature 50 townhome units across 11 buildings, ranging from paired homes up to six-plex’s. The development is carefully integrated into the existing Summit Ridge townhome community and is surrounded by a diverse mix of land uses. Directly adjacent to the site is single family homes, Cobblestone Park, independent living residences, condominiums, and a nearby middle school, that help in creating a well-connected and harmonious neighborhood setting.
Aligned with the City’s code and comprehensive plan, Summit Pointe advances the goal of expanding “missing middle” housing by offering more attainable and diverse living options. The site design integrates open spaces and friendly pedestrian pathways, promoting a walkable neighborhood that supports resident health while connecting to an established road network.
