Ft. Collins Design Charrette

PCS Group is honored to be partnering with the City of Fort Collins, the Urban Renewal Authority, and Olsson Engineering in the re-imagination of the Prospect South District of Fort Collins.

During a three-day collaborative charrette, our team worked alongside city staff and community members to explore opportunities for a more connected, walkable, and vibrant corridor along College Avenue. Through site walks, interactive workshops, and hands-on working sessions, ideas evolved in real time — shaped directly by the people who experience this district every day.

The level of engagement from the community was inspiring. Discussions around the future gateway experience, Prospect South connectivity and the revitalized Creekside Park generated strong momentum and helped clarify shared priorities for the district’s future.

Community input will continue to guide the project as it advances into the next phase of design. We’ll be sharing concept renderings soon that bring these ideas to life in greater detail.
