Tanterra is a master planned community located in Parker, Colorado with magnificent sweeping views and 3,300 homes spread across 1,200 acres of beautiful rolling terrain. The community has been planned around open space corridors and trails connecting to park areas throughout the community.

The design of Tanterra is rooted in Parkitecture—a design style dedicated to creating a built environment that harmonizes with the natural environment by blending man-made elements with natural landforms—to elevate the environmental and integrate the community into, rather than onto, the land. Trailhead Park, the centrally located neighborhood park spanning 30 acres, highlights the existing topography through the design of multi-level play areas made up of a single-track bike trail, multi-purpose turf areas, shade structures, trails, and a pool. The community trails meander around to the low point of Trailhead Park creating a cohesive, manmade outdoor area that celebrates nature and the innate form of the land.
