ravenna

Ravenna is a private golf and resort lifestyle community located in Waterton Canyon by the Platte River in Southwest Denver, Colorado. Living at Ravenna means having quick access to an abundance of outdoor activities including fishing, hiking, and horseback riding in Waterton Canyon; boating, camping, and picnicking at Chatfield Reservoir; and rock climbing, snowshoeing, and back-country camping at Roxborough State Park.

The goal for Ravenna was to create a distinct resort lifestyle community that prioritized the preservation of the natural land. With only 243 total homesites planned for the community, less than a quarter of the property, homeowners are assured 360-degree views of the area, including Pike National Forest, the red rock outcroppings of the Dakota Hogback, and the Denver skyline. The remainder of the site will be preserved as native areas or recreational open space.
