Leyden Ranch is a 130-acre residential community that boasts stunning mountain and city views. It includes a centrally located park, integrated trail system, and connected open space with passive and active recreation opportunities. The design concept for Leyden Ranch was grounded in community values with an enthusiastic appreciation of the natural environment.

To realize this collective vision, an emphasis was placed on creating a community that is based as much on what it preserves, as what is developed. This emphasis allowed 50% of Leyden Ranch to be preserved for open space, with the majority of that open space remaining in its native state. Leyden Ranch was a unique opportunity to provide additional quality housing and trail amenities to the City of Arvada, all while maintaining the innate beauty of the land.
