Sky Ranch is a mixed-use community consisting of nearly 1,000 acres just east of Aurora, Colorado. With direct access to I-70, Denver International Airport minutes away, and a short commute to downtown Denver, Sky Ranch has become a destination for those looking for attainable housing and easy access to everything the Front Range has to offer.

Sky Ranch is planned for a mix of uses including single family residential, multi-family residential, commercial, and light industrial uses.
