Irrigation Designer

 

We are seeking an Irrigation Designer to join and grow with our team.

What you’ll do:

  • Design efficient and sustainable irrigation systems for various projects.

  •  Evaluate site conditions to determine water availability.

  • Design landscape irrigation systems that meet client requirements and budget constraints.

  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand project irrigation needs, requirements, objectives, and budget.

  • Interface with local jurisdictions to ensure designs comply with local regulations and environmental standards.

  • Respond to comments and coordinate with local review agencies.

  • Evaluate site conditions including planting areas, soil conditions, sun exposure, and elevation changes.

  • Determine tap sizing, water availability, and usage requirements.

  • Develop detailed irrigation plans—including layout, materials, and specifications—that meet plant watering requirements.

  • Prepare comprehensive plans and specifications including construction details, equipment, and materials using AutoCAD/Land FX.

  • Collaborate with landscape architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for tap locations, sizing, control box locations, and other pragmatic logistics.

  • Provide water usage analysis charts, estimates, and project timelines.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in irrigation technology.

What we’re looking for:

  • Credentials Preferred: Certified Irrigation Designer (CID), Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor (CLIA).

  • Proven experience as an Irrigation Designer.

  • Proficiency in CAD software.

  •  Strong knowledge of irrigation principles, water management, and plant water requirements.

  • You are detail-oriented and collaborative with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • You must be well-versed in Colorado local regulations and environmental considerations.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated range is $65,000-$85,000. Salary is competitive and actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

Entry Level Planner/Landscape Designer

 

We are seeking an Entry Level Planner/Landscape Designer to join our team in Denver, CO.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with internal team, work on a variety of tasks, and provide meaningful design contribution across multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Tasks include site research, land use planning, urban design, site plan preparation, photoshop renderings, landscape design, 3D modeling, planting design, master plan documents, and so much more. We’ll work together to find where you excel!

  • You will be mentored, improve your design software capabilities, and gain invaluable industry experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning and Design, Landscape Architecture, or related discipline.

  • 0-3 years of planning and private development industry experience, including master planned communities and single-family residential development.

  • You have the interest and ability to work in both community planning and landscape architecture.

  • You are self-motivated and collaborative with an openness to learn, desire to improve, and willingness to grow.

  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • You are proficient in or have working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suites, and Microsoft Office.

  • As a plus, you’ve completed an internship with a Landscape Architecture Firm. 

Salary
The anticipated range is $50,000-$60,000. Salary is competitive and actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

Mid-Level Planner/Landscape Designer

 

We are seeking a Mid-Level Planner/Landscape Associate to join our team in Denver, CO.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with internal team and external consultants including civil engineering firms, architectural firms, traffic consultants, irrigation designers, etc.

  • Coordinate with project team members on scheduling, budgeting, and internal design, production, and collaboration efforts.

  • Lead submittal preparation, revision, and response to comment efforts.

  • Actively participate in design charettes and design development.

  • Utilize planning and design expertise to complete tasks and achieve project objectives. Tasks include site research, municipal code, community design, land use planning, urban design, project narratives and written documentation, photoshop renderings, 3D modeling, landscape design, neighborhood park design, community theming and monument design, construction documents, design guidelines, etc.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in urban planning and design, landscape architecture, or related discipline.

  • 3-5 years of planning and private development industry experience, including master planned communities and single-family residential development.

  • You have the experience, interest, and ability to work in both community planning and landscape architecture.

  • You are self-motivated and collaborative with an openness to learn, desire to improve, and willingness to grow.

  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • You are proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suites, and Microsoft Office.

  • As a plus, you are local to the Denver metro area and have planning and full submittal preparation experience.

Salary
The anticipated range is $60,000-$80,000. Salary is competitive and actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

Senior Planner/Landscape Architect

 

We are seeking a Senior Associate Planner/Landscape Architect to join our team in Denver, CO. This is a leadership role and entrepreneurial opportunity to lead and grow our team.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with internal team and external consultants including civil engineering firms, architectural firms, traffic consultants, irrigation designers, etc.

  • Prepare proposals for planning and landscape architecture work.

  • Manage project schedules and design efforts to stay within the established timeline and budget.

  • Ensure internal communication and coordination of design efforts including delegating tasks, directing work, and mentoring team members.

  • Communicate and meet with jurisdictions.

  • Prepare and deliver project presentations to Planning Commissions, Town Councils, Boards of Trustees, etc. 

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning and Design, Landscape Architecture, or related discipline.

  • 10+ years of planning and private development industry experience, including master planned communities and single-family residential developments.

  • You are highly skilled in master planned communities and residential development, quality control, standards development, planning and design processes, and technical delivery.

  • You understand the importance of client relationships, project management, project schedules, and managing budgeted design efforts.

  • You are fluent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suites, and Microsoft Office.

  • You have a portfolio of projects that you had final responsibility for delivering to clients.

  • Licensed Landscape Architect required.

  • As a plus, you are local to the Denver metro area with client relationships and a local project resume.

Salary
The anticipated range is $80,000+. Salary is competitive and actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
